Luke 22:14-30

Luke 22:14-30 14  When the hour had come, He reclined  at the table,  and the apostles with Him.  15  And He said to them, “I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer;  16  for I say to you, I shall never again eat it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.”  17  And when He had taken a cup  and  given thanks, He said, “Take this and share it among yourselves;  18  for I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine from now on until the kingdom of God comes.”  19  And when He had taken  some  bread  and  given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”  20  And in the same way  He took  the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood.  21  “But behold, the hand of the one betraying Me is with Mine on the table.  22  “For indeed, the Son of Man is going as it has been determined; but woe to that man by who

John 3:1-17

John 13:1-17 1  Now before the Feast of the Passover, Jesus knowing that His hour had come that He would depart out of this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.  2  During supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot,  the son  of Simon, to betray Him,  3   Jesus,  knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come forth from God and was going back to God,  4  got up from supper, and laid aside His garments; and taking a towel, He girded Himself. 5  Then He poured water into the basin, and began to wash the disciples’ feet and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded.  6  So He came to Simon Peter. He said to Him, “Lord, do You wash my feet?”  7  Jesus answered and said to him, “What I do you do not realize now, but you will understand hereafter.”  8  Peter said to Him, “Never shall You wash my feet!” Jesus answered him, “If I do not wash you, you have no part

Matthew 26.17-19 Mark 14.12-16 Luke 22.7-13

Matthew 26:17-19 17  Now on the first  day  of Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?”  18  And He said, “Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, ‘The Teacher says, “My time is near; I  am to  keep the Passover at your house with My disciples.”’”  19  The disciples did as Jesus had directed them; and they prepared the Passover. Mark 14:12-16 12  On the first day of Unleavened Bread, when the Passover  lamb  was being sacrificed, His disciples said to Him, “Where do You want us to go and prepare for You to eat the Passover?”  13  And He sent two of His disciples and said to them, “Go into the city, and a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him;  14  and wherever he enters, say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher says, “Where is My guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?”’  15  “And he himself will show you

Matthew 26:14-16 Mark 14:10-11 Luke 22:3-6

Matthew 26:14-16 14  Then one of the twelve, named Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests  15  and said, “What are you willing to give me to betray Him to you?” And they weighed out thirty pieces of silver to him.  16  From then on he  began  looking for a good opportunity to betray Jesus. Mark 14:10, 11 10  Then Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve, went off to the chief priests in order to betray Him to them.  11  They were glad when they heard  this,  and promised to give him money. And he  began  seeking how to betray Him at an opportune time. Luke 22:3-6 3  And Satan entered into Judas who was called Iscariot, belonging to the number of the twelve.  4  And he went away and discussed with the chief priests and officers how he might betray Him to them.  5  They were glad and agreed to give him money.  6  So he consented, and  began  seeking a good opportunity to betray Him to them apart from the crowd.
